We are currently welcoming established independent practitioners in complementary health, wellness and beauty services, including:

  • Acupuncturists / Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
  • Reflexologists
  • Physiotherapists / Osteopaths
  • Reiki Practitioners
  • Aestheticians / Medical Aesthetics (Botox / Fillers)
  • Naturopathic Practitioners / Doctors
  • Other complementary health and wellness practitioners whose services are a good fit for JAVA 

Please Note:  Services must complement JAVA’s existing offerings and may not directly compete with services currently provided by JAVA or its existing practitioners. 

JAVA is not currently accepting inquiries for hairstyling or spray tanning services.

JAVA Reserve – Approx. 7’x13′
Caramel Macchiato – Approx. 10’x10′ – includes sink/vanity
Vanilla Hazelnut – Approx. 10’x10′
Maple Pecan – Approx. 10’x13′

Room availability and suitability will depend on the practitioner’s services, equipment requirements and practice needs.

  • Utilities included
  • Shared professional reception area
  • Shared waiting area
  • Appointment booking support available
  • Wi-Fi
  • General common-area maintenance
  • Access your treatment room during JAVA’s posted operating hours only (Practitioner access is limited to JAVA’s posted operating hours.  After-hours access is not permitted.)

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

To maintain a professional and complementary wellness environment, all practitioners must:

  • Be established independent practitioners with their own clientele
  • Carry appropriate professional liability insurance
  • Maintain all required licences, registrations and certifications for their services
  • Commit to a minimum one-year rental term
  • Operate within JAVA’s regular business hours
  • Provide services that complement JAVA’s existing health, wellness and beauty offerings
